Mist a frying pan with the low calorie cooking spray and bring to heat. Add the meatballs and cook according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
Once the meatballs are browned, add the onions and garlic and fry until soft and golden.
Meanwhile, mix together the Philadelphia, mustard and parsley and add to a saucepan.
Heat gently until the mixture loosens up, but don’t let it boil. Stir and keep a beady eye! This should take only a couple of minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. If the sauce still seems a bit thick, add a tablespoon or two of water and mix in to loosen further.
