Instructions
Place the carrot, onion and potato in a pan and add the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. The water should reduce quite a bit
Add the stock pots and gravy browning to the pan. Allow the stock to dissolve, then blitz using a hand blender
