Ingredients

  • 4 Low Fat Sausages
  • 4 Bacon Medallions

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 190°C
  2. Cut each sausage in half, then cut the bacon medallions in half lengthways
  3. Wrap each piece of sausage in the bacon pieces and place them on a baking tray seam side down
  4. Cook at 190°C for 25 minutes or until they are cooked through and the bacon has started to crisp a little
