Add the finely grated zest of one orange, orange extract, granulated sweetener and half of the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly. Mix in the egg to form a ball of dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out to about 5mm and cut into 42 shapes (we used a 5cm star cutter). Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment and lightly spray with low calorie cooking spray.
