  • 12 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 6 bacon medallions cooked and cut into squares
  • a few leaves of iceberg lettuce


  1. Take a cocktail stick and thread on one half of a tomato.

  2. Add some lettuce, then a couple of squares of bacon. Add more lettuce, then bacon and finally the other half of tomato.

  3. Set aside on a serving tray then make up the remaining sticks.
