Drain and pat dry with a kitchen roll. Allow to cool.
Chop the spring onions and fry off in a bit of low calorie cooking spray until they soften.
In a bowl mix the eggs, quark, salt and pepper until it's smooth and no lumps.
In a silicone mould, place the broccoli, smoked salmon and spring onion. Then pour over the egg mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190°C or until set and golden on the top.
