Turkish Delight Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g oats
  • 175 g Turkish delight flavoured fat free yoghurt or 175g of fat free natural yogurt flavoured with a few drops of rose water added
  • ¾ tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 2 eggs you can use 1 egg if you prefer a slightly drier texture
  • 50 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the raspberries and Choc Shot, into a bowl and mix until combined
  2. Pour into an oven proof dish, scatter the raspberries on top
  3. Place on a baking tray, to protect your oven from any spillages
  4. Bake on about 180°C for 35-40 minutes
  5. When cooked, drizzle the Choc Shot over the top of the oats. Enjoy!
