Add all of the ingredients, except the jam, into a bowl and mix until combined.
Pour into an oven proof dish and place on a baking tray (the mixture tends to rise a bit and we don't want to clean the oven, thank you very much).
Bake on about 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
When cooked, mix the jam with the water and warm slightly in the microwave, then pour over the top of the oats and spread it around. Enjoy
