Dominos Fakeaway Texas BBQ Pizza

Pizza Base

  • 1 packet wholemeal bread mix
  • 350 ml water
  • low calorie cooking spray

Pizza Assembly & Cooking

  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce from our pulled pork recipe
  • ¼ cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 bacon medallions cooked and diced
  • ½ tbsp red onion finely diced
  • ½ tbsp red pepper finely diced
  • ½ tbsp green pepper finely diced
  • 35 g reduced fat mozzarella grated


Pizza base

  1. Make up to packet instructions and allow 30 mins for the dough to prove. We make up the whole pack then weigh out 65g balls of dough - the ones we don't use we freeze.

  2. Roll as thin as you can onto a piece of baking parchment - you may need to spray your rolling pin with low calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Pizza assembly

  1. After you have rolled out your dough, place the BBQ sauce and spread it around.

  2. Add the onions, peppers, chicken and bacon.

  3. Sprinkle on the cheese - make sure to distribute it evenly.

  4. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
