Coconut and Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 75 g Sukrin Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and put them in a large bowl. Mash with a fork.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together well.

  3. Allow to stand for a minute to allow the coconut flour to absorb some more of the liquid.

  4. Make into 16 balls and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

  5. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork to give the top a line effect.

  6. Bake for 25 mins on 180°C or until golden.
