Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 80 g instant oat cereal or porridge oats blended finely
  • 100 ml skimmed milk
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • low calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Spray your frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and heat gently.

  3. Drop in small dollops to make patty-size pancakes.

  4. Allow to cook through before gently turning.

  5. Delicious with sweetened quark, fruit, Sweet Freedom Choc Shot, or Nutella and some strawberries, blueberries and low fat aerosol cream if wished (optional).
