Ingredients

  • ½ pineapple
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ chilli
  • 4 radish
  • 8cm piece cucumber
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp fresh mint
  • 2 tsp fresh corinander
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop all of the ingredients quite finely
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste
  3. It's that easy!
