Grab as many potatoes as you need. We tend to use 1 large/2 medium per person.
Chop your potatoes into chip shapes. (If you want to be really particular you can and cut them into perfect rectangles to make nice straight chips).
Add your chips to the tray, spray with more low calorie cooking spray and shake over plenty of Schwartz 'Perfect Shake Chips'.
Bake at 180°C (fan) for about 45-60 minutes. Keep an eye on the chips as sweet potato does catch very quickly- turn the heat down and cook for longer if you need to.
