Spray a frying pan with some low calorie cooking spray and cook the onions over a high heat

When the onion starts to brown add the balsamic vinegar and sweetener, then cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft

Empty the contents into a food processor and then add all the other ingredients

Pulse on high for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then repeat until you get the consistency you prefer
