Low Carb Chicken and Ham Wraps

  • 200 g cooked chicken sliced
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 90 g red pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 6 cucumber slices
  • 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 small sprig fresh parsley finely chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Lay 4 of the lettuce leaves overlapping on the greaseproof paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the low-fat cream cheese, parsley and season to taste with the salt and pepper.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the lettuce then top with the cooked chicken and sliced ham.

  4. Add the peppers, cucumber, onion and tomatoes and add more salt and pepper to taste if you like.

  5. Roll the greaseproof paper, starting from the longest edge, to form a sausage. Twist each end to seal.

  6. To serve, slice diagonally through the middle and keep the halves in the paper.
