Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place the tinned tomatoes, garlic, tomato puree, half of the thyme and half of the oregano in a mixing bowl. Season with black pepper and stir well.
Tip this mixture into an 18 x 27 cm ovenproof dish or divide between 4 individual ovenproof dishes if you prefer. Spread the mixture out evenly.
Scatter the feta, cherry tomatoes and capers over the tomato mixture.
Sprinkle with the remaining thyme and oregano. Season with black pepper and spray with a little low calorie spray.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the feta is starting to turn golden brown on the edges and is softened in the middle.
Serve at once with wholemeal bread.
