Follow the steps on our website to make our Eggnog recipe and then measure out 200ml into a microwavable jug.
Add the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg to the jug and stir until combined.
Microwave for 1 minute until the milk begins to froth. This may take longer depending on the wattage of your microwave.
Whilst heating the eggnog mix, add the espresso powder to a mug. Pour over the boiling water, stir and set aside.
Once the milk is hot, whisk the espresso into the jug.
Pour into the latte glasses, top with a little low fat aerosol cream and sprinkle with the grated chocolate before serving.
