Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Using a 6cm cookie cutter, cut 16 circles from the wraps.
Spray a mini muffin tin with low calorie cooking spray and place the cut circles into the tray.
Using a teaspoon, divide the mincemeat evenly between the 16 cut wraps.
In a mixing bowl add the flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/2 of the orange zest, sweetener and the reduced fat spread. Using your fingers rub the mix together until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Add some of the crumble mix onto each of the mince pies.
Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving, as the filling is very hot.
Serve sprinkled with the remainder of the orange zest.
