Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked turkey shredded
  • 170 g pot of fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced
  • 100 g fresh mango cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp garlic granules
  • a few drops of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mango chutney, curry powder, garlic granules and a few drops of lemon juice.

  2. Stir in the turkey, mango and spring onions.

  3. Serve!
