Fruit Vinegars

  • 250 g frozen blueberries
  • 500 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tbsp good quality granulated sweetener


  1. Place all the ingredients into a large jar, seal and leave for 2-4 weeks in a cool, dark place. Give a gentle shake once a day.

  2. Strain the blueberries out using a fine sieve or a muslin cloth.

  3. Bottle and label.
