Peanut Butter and Jelly Pots

  • 100 g strawberries sliced
  • 100 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 25 g reduced fat peanut butter
  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 20 g low sugar strawberry jam


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts until it is slightly warm and stir together.

  3. Tip in the rolled oats and stir until the oats are fully coated in the peanut butter mixture.

  4. Spread out onto the baking tray. Don't spread it too thinly as you want nice chunky bits of granola. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden and holding together. Leave to cool completely.

  5. Add the sliced strawberries and jam to a small bowl and stir until coated.

  6. Now time to assemble. Layer up the strawberries, Greek yoghurt and granola in any combination you like. Top with some extra strawberries or a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy!
