Balsamic Mushrooms

  • 600 g button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 g fresh parsley chopped


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. In a small mixing bowl add the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey and garlic and stir to combine.

  3. Add the mushrooms to a roasting tin and pour over the balsamic mixture and toss the mushrooms to coat.

  4. Place into the oven for 40 minutes. Toss the mushrooms halfway through to coat in the balsamic mixture.

  5. Add the chopped parsley and cook for another 5 minutes. The mushrooms should be coated in the balsamic glaze.
