Biscoff Cookie Milkshake

  • 400 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 g low calorie salted caramel ice cream
  • 40 g Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 2 tsp low calorie caramel syrup
  • low calorie aerosol cream
  • 1 Lotus Biscoff biscuit crushed
  • ice cubes to serve


  1. Add the almond milk, ice cream, Biscoff spread and 1 tsp of caramel syrup to a blender

  2. Blitz until smooth and combined.

  3. Add some ice to each glass and pour over the milkshake.

  4. Top each glass with a swirl of aerosol cream and some of the crushed biscuits, drizzle over the remainder of the caramel syrup and serve.
