Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 175 g fat free natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tbsp white granulated sweetener
  • 1 egg

For the drizzle

  • 1 tsp low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp reduced sugar maple blended fruit syrup we use Clarks Original Maple Syrup with Carob

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC

  2. Add the oats, yoghurt, egg, cinnamon and sweetener , into a bowl and stir until combined.

  3. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  4. While the oats bake, add the drizzle ingredients to a small bowl and mix together until smooth.

  5. When the oats are baked, top with the cinnamon drizzle and serve.
