The air fryer friendly, tree-shaped nuggs are covered in breadcrumbs that turn crunchy and golden as they cook. Brilliant for buffets, they’ll be an instant festive family favourite.

With a pack of these Kiln Salmon Fillets with Sweet Chilli Butter in the freezer, you’re never far from an easy, delicious dinner. They’ll cook from frozen in 40 minutes, or plan ahead and defrost them if you want them on the table in just 20.

All ready to go into the oven, each fillet comes coated in sweet chilli butter, that soaks into the flaky fish as it cooks, and makes it really flavourful.

We’ll be plating ours up with some broccoli and a few Roasted Potatoes with Herbs and Lemon. They’re not crunchy spuds like you might expect – instead, they’re braised in a herby, lemony garlic stock, and then baked until fluffy in the middle.

Holy Moly Alpine Fondue – 144 calories per 100g

Holy Moly Alpine Fondue featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (144 calories per 100g).

It’s cheese board season! This Holy Moly Alpine Fondue is made with a blend of nutty Juraregal cheese and salted Cheddar cheese, with white wine, cream and garlic for full-bodied flavour.

All the melting and mixing has been done for you, so you only need to heat it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. When it’s warm and ready to start dunking, you’ll want some crusty bread nearby!

Our mouths are watering at the thought of all that melty cheese, so there’s only one thing to put on the menu for dinner tonight! Our Sausage Tartiflette is also inspired by a dish from the French Alps, and it’s topped with an unbeatable combo of cheese and potatoes.

Pinch of Nom's Sausage Tartiflette is served in a pale blue, round casserole dish, placed on a blue and white striped tea towel. A deep blue serving spoon rests in the dish, where a scoop of the tartiflette has been removed and served in a small bowl nearby. The tartiflette is golden and covered in melted cheese.

Holy Moly Alpine Fondue is available from Asda, priced at £1.75.

M&S Salt & Pepper Whole Chicken with Butter – 181 calories per 100g

M&S Salt & Pepper Whole Chicken with Butter featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (181 calories per 100g).

Why have plain roast chicken when you can tuck into this Salt and Pepper Whole Chicken with Butter from M&S? Seasoned with salt and pepper, then topped with a roast chicken fat butter, it’s ready to go right into the oven.

When it’s done, the juicy chicken can be served however you’d like it – as part of a roast dinner, carved up for sandwiches or sliced for a salad.

Rather than a whole chicken, why not spice up a pack of chicken thighs with some Pinch of Nom Salt and Pepper seasoning? You can find the full ingredients list in our Salt and Pepper Chicken Thighs recipe, or take a shortcut with the Salt & Pepper sachet from our Fakeaway Favourites recipe mix collection

Skinny Protein Peanut Butter Bars – 86 calories per bar (5.2g protein)

Skinny Protein Peanut Butter Bars featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (86 calories per bar).

To save you getting hangry between meals, it’s always a good idea to have a well-stocked snack cupboard! We’ve spied these new Skinny Protein Peanut Butter Bars at the supermarket this week, and we couldn’t resist popping them in our basket.

Just the thing if you need a treat to nibble with your mid-afternoon brew, each one comes in well under 100 calories, and with a little more protein than your average low-calorie cereal bar.

Anything peanut flavoured is a big hit with our friends and family, which is why we like to make a big batch of Banana and Peanut Muffins on the weekends. They take less than half an hour to rustle up from scratch!

Pinch of Nom's Banana and Peanut Muffins are served on a wire rack looking fluffy and golden – a cupcake case is empty where one has already been eaten!

Skinny Protein Peanut Butter Bars are available from Asda, priced at £1.75 for a pack of 5.

M&S Bramley Apple Slices Frozen – 37 calories per 80g serving

M&S Bramley Apple Slices Frozen featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (37 calories per 80g serving).

How handy are these Frozen Bramley Apple Slices that you can find in M&S (or online at Ocado)? Ideal if you never make it through a full bag of apples before they start to look a bit sad, they’re peeled, chopped and ready to eat once they’re defrosted.

Great for snacking, you could also throw a handful into your overnight oats, or use them to bake into pies and crumbles.

We bet they’d work perfectly for our classic Apple Crumble dessert! It’s a lighter take on the comforting winter pud, and it’d be even quicker to make without needing to peel and slice your apples first!

Four ramekins are filled with individual portions of Pinch of Nom's Apple Crumble recipe, with teaspoons waiting to tuck in. The oat surface of one of the crumbles is partially eaten to reveal the juicy apple filling. Two of the crumbles are topped with a dollop of low-fat Greek yoghurt.

M&S Bramley Apple Slices Frozen are available from M&S (or online at Ocado), priced at £3.50.

Once it’s steamed or microwaved, you just need to decide what to serve on the side! Cream, ice cream, custard…they’ll all work a treat!

A far cry from the stodgy Christmas Puddings you might be used to, our brand-new Mince Pie Pudding recipe is an early gift for you. We’ve even included a choice of methods, so you can make this light, zesty cake on a schedule that suits you. Find the microwave version here, and the slow cooker method here.
