We’ll never turn down a sausage casserole, and this one’s no exception! We’ve cooked everything in a rich, creamy sauce with sweet slow-cooked onions and leeks, and added a scrummy Italian-inspired twist with a sprinkling of Parmesan and fresh basil. You’ll definitely need a crusty wholemeal bread roll on standby, to help you mop up every last drop of sauce! Bear in mind that you can skip browning your sausages first, if you’re short on time – we like to do it because we find it makes the whole dish look even more delicious.
