Yellow Pea and Sweet Potato Curry
Fragrant and mild, this easy, budget-friendly curry will have you counting down the days until your next fakeaway night! As well as being vegan and dairy free, it brings a lovely aromatic flavour to the table that the whole family will enjoy. Yellow split peas are cheap and cheerful and are always worth having in the cupboard. Rich with gentle spices, hearty sweet potato and creamy coconut milk, make sure you serve this dish with a fluffy mini naan to mop up every last bit.
