Slow Cooker Pork Pot Roast
Love a Sunday roast, but don’t love all the effort it takes? Stick everything in your slow cooker! To double-up on gorgeous flavours, we’ve rubbed the pork joint with dried herbs, before simmering it in a lip-smacking combination of stock, apple juice and balsamic vinegar, with just a hint of Dijon mustard. All those ingredients mingle with the juices from the meat and the vegetables in the pot, ready to be turned into the easiest gravy you’ll ever make – just scoop out the bigger veggies, then blend until it’s thick and ready to pour.
