To keep the calories down without compromising on crispy comfort, we use reduced-fat puff pastry for the topsy-turvy base, and veggie-friendly, crumbled Greek-style salad cheese adds a punchy saltiness to our filling. Once you’ve carefully flipped your tarte, serve it with a side of salad or seasonal veg for a homely slice of autumn.
