Cranberry Poached Pears
Christmas cheer in a bowl, these deliciously rosy pears come brimming with festive flavours. Sweet, fruity and lightly spiced with cinnamon and cloves, we’ve also kept the aromas merry and bright with sweet cranberry juice and zingy orange zest. The perfect low-calorie pudding for when you’re looking to round-off a heavy, wintery dinner, they’ll also go down a treat with an added dollop of fat- free Greek yoghurt…or a glass of mulled wine!
