Everything Blend
This was one I made up on the fly before going on a camping trip, and I still use it often!
The idea was that I wanted a seasoning that would go with pretty much anything I would be cooking when camping. Scrambled eggs and cooked breakfasts, add a little something to baked beans, enhance homemade burgers – you get the picture! Premix a pot of this and reduce what you need to take whilst still enjoying tasty food.
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Granules
- 2 tbsp Garlic Granules
Of course, if one blend isn’t enough for your travels (and I wouldn’t blame you!) then how about this travel bag of 6 stainless steel shakers?
