Air Fryer Cheesy Roasted Vegetable Soup

It was so easy & the taste is so much better than using un-roasted veg. The harissa (Siracha in my recipe) gives it a little warmth without it being spicy and the cheese gives it added flavour and texture without it becoming a cheesy soup.
