Chicken Gyros Kebabs

I love a kebab and especially the ones you get from a takeaway but these days I make this Chicken Gyros. The hardest part is waiting for it to marinade overnight. Super simple and super tasty. I serve this with homemade chips wrapped in a flatbread.
