Pinch of Nom originally started as a simple idea in 2016 between partners Kay & Kate. After embarking on our weight loss journey, and the quest to shed the pounds, we recognised the need for tried and tested slimming recipes. To fulfil and feed our desire to learn and share, we started Pinch of Nom to provide some helpful info for fellow dieters, to show just how easy “diet” food is to make.
We gained over 8,000 followers on Instagram in two months & from that moment on, we knew there was a special spirit and enthusiasm in our community that went way beyond our expectations. We felt empowered and proud to be a part of this wonderful community and knew we needed to do more.
