Our savoury and rich beef ragu is topped with a golden layer of melted reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, and dumpling-like gnocchi soak up the flavours like a dream. We use red wine stock pots to keep the calories down, but if you’re in the mood for a more luxurious meal, there’s nothing to stop you using a glass of the real stuff! The red wine stock pots really give this dish the rich gorgeous flavour. I didn't have fresh basil so used dried but still delicious. The Gnocchi really soaks up the flavour and all in one pot.
