We’ve made two salmon fillets stretch so much further by bulking out the recipe with orzo pasta and plenty of veggies. Simmered on the hob until the creamy sauce has a similar texture to risotto, this is an easy-peasy fish dish that the whole family will look forward to!

Light and tasty
Needed a little more liquid put in as it soaked up the stock quickly. Another 100ml and it was great. Used petit pois instead of sugar snap peas. Delicious 😋

I only cooked one portion I added fresh basil in stead of coriander, wow absolutely deliciousness so creamy loved the taste definitely do it again
