With fresh, lemony flavours and crisp, crunchy vegetables, there’s something summery about this Cheesy Salmon and Leek Orzotto. We’ve made two salmon fillets stretch so much further by bulking out the recipe with orzo pasta and plenty of veggies. Simmered on the hob until the creamy sauce has a similar texture to risotto, this is an easy-peasy fish dish that the whole family will look forward to!
