Chicken, Bacon and Leek Macaroni
You might not expect to be able to make macaroni cheese all in one pot, but with this simple (and delicious) recipe you can! We’ve loaded our extra-cheesy pasta dish with chicken and bacon, to make it feel especially decadent. You’d never be able to tell from the taste that we’ve used reduced-fat spreadable cheese to make the creamy, slimming-friendly sauce. As a final step, don’t skip toasting the breadcrumb topping under the grill – it adds the perfect golden crunch.
