Creamy Chicken Cobbler
Typically topped with scone-like crumbly biscuits, a cobbler is a tried and trusted winter warmer. You’ve probably heard of sweet, fruity cobbler before, but savoury versions like this one seem to be less common – we think they deserve to be more popular! We simmer chicken and sausages in a mild, creamy sauce (with no real cream in sight), and we can’t get enough of the rustic sage and onion topping; just wait until it crisps up and turns golden in the oven.
