Harissa Pilaf
A hearty dish of rice, vegetables and chickpeas, we’ve spiced up this simple pilaf with a few spoonfuls of warming harissa paste. The North African-inspired seasoning adds a lovely smoky flavour, and we’ve thrown in some extra chilli powder to make it just a little bit more fiery (you can leave this out if you prefer!). Ideal for a midweek meal, you’ll want to make this vegan-friendly dish time and time again.
