You’ve never made meatloaf as simple as this! It comes ready-portioned into impressive-looking mini meatloaves, with a gorgeous golden side of roast potatoes and crunchy green beans. Juicy apples and pork make for a heavenly combination, which is why we’ve added an infusion of grated apple, and a garnish of slices on top of each loaf. The tangy mustard glaze takes this roasted spread to the next level, so you’ll be left with a hearty family meal, and next to no washing-up to think about afterwards.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

NEW TIP
Easy to increase quantity
We are a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 hungry teens so I increased the amount of potatoes and green beans but managed to keep the meat element the same and just divided into 5 meatloaves. The meat element was still plenty and kept it in budget

‘Easy tray bake, you could make the meatloaves in advance. Would serve well as a Sunday dinner if you put an extra side of veg with it.’
