Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup
If you’re someone who loves a chunky soup just as much as a burger night, this recipe is bound to be up your street. We’ve used classic cheeseburger ingredients, including reduced-fat beef mince and lower-fat cheese, to put together a bowlful of utterly delicious, restaurant-inspired flavours. It’s far lower in calories than a stacked burger, and surprisingly simple to make! Not everyone likes a gherkin, but they’re definitely the perfect topping for this one-pot comfort food (try not to pick them off!).
