This slow-cooked pasta dish is a game-changer! We’re talking penne pasta pieces in an oh-so-cheesy homemade sauce with tender chicken chunks, crunchy sweetcorn and juicy sun-dried tomatoes, all ready to serve by the time you walk through the door after work. You can leave it to bubble for 3 hours on high, or 5–6 on low, depending on your schedule. Either way, the sauce will be thick and creamy, ready to sprinkle with as much reduced-fat grated Cheddar as you’d like. Sit back, relax and tuck in…with or without a side of garlic bread!

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

NEW TIP
Winter warmer
Such a simple dish to make and only one pot to wash! I used Chipotle flakes as that's all I had in but it gave such a warm depth to this dinner. The chicken was so tender being slow cooked. Very filling considering the simple ingredients.
