For this easy-peasy pasta dish, we’ve simmered lean diced beef in a creamy, peppery sauce until it’s velvety soft and melts in your mouth. By using half-fat crème fraîche we’ve kept things slimming friendly, without losing out on the satisfying silkiness of the sauce. Feel free to raid your cupboard for small pasta shapes like penne or fusilli – any kind will do!
