You’ll find white, dark and milk chocolate chips in this indulgent-tasting baked treat! The scrumptious sponge is made slimming friendly by using reduced-fat spread and white granulated sweetener. You’ll want to make sure that your sweetener has the same weight and texture as sugar, so that your chocolatey, squidgy squares are as light as possible. Once your cake has risen and is springy to touch, that’s your cue to serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup – and a cup of tea, of course!
