Save yourself a trip to the shops and make this trusty, crowd-pleasing bake with tinned tuna chunks from your store cupboard. We’ve brought the flavours to life with chopped onion, peppers, zesty lemon juice and punchy reduced-fat Cheddar. You’ll want to use new potatoes; they’ll hold their shape even after cooking, making every bite all the more satisfying. For a moreish golden crunch, let it bake for a final 5 minutes with a blend of gloriously cheesy breadcrumbs on top.

NEW TIP
Feel good food!
This is such an easy dish... I have all of the necessary ingredients usually in the cupboard so definitely one that will be made time again! Didn’t have any wholemeal bread but I just substituted for what we usually have in.
