You might expect to find cream in a chowder, but you won’t find a drop in our slimming-friendly version! Don’t worry though – we’ve made sure you’re not missing out on any of the indulgent creaminess you want from a dish like this. Instead, we melt spreadable mature Cheddar cheese into our potato and cauliflower-based soup. The potatoes break down as they cook, thickening the soup without any need to blend. A pinch of cayenne pepper adds just the right hint of warmth.
