Air Fryer Parmesan Pork Skewers

  • 350 g diced pork, any visible fat removed
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • low-calorie cooking spray


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190ºC.

  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed herbs, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, garlic granules and a little salt and pepper. Add the pork to the bowl and toss to coat.

  3. Thread the diced pork onto 4 skewers and place onto a baking tray. Sprinkle over half the Parmesan and use the pork on the skewers to dab onto any of the excess Parmesan on the tray.

  4. Pop the skewers into the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle over the remaining Parmesan cheese, again dabbing the skewers into any of the excess Parmesan on the tray. Cook for another 4 minutes.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve with your choice of accompaniment.
