If you’re always looking for more ideas of what to cook in your air fryer, you’re going to love this recipe! Our Air Fryer Parmesan Pork Skewers are super easy to make and versatile enough to serve up in a whole host of different ways. Try dishing them up with rice, chips, couscous or a nice fresh salad.

These only take 10 minutes in the air fryer, but we’d really recommend prepping them the night before you want to enjoy them – leaving the pork to sit in that garlicky, herby marinade overnight is when the magic happens! The meat will lock in all that flavour, so it stays really juicy when it’s cooked in the air fryer.

These come out of the air fryer so lovely and golden brown. Add a side salad and tuck in – you’d never think these could be so slimming-friendly!
