Parmesan Pork Skewers - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card below. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb!

How can you say no to this easy, cheesy recipe? Our Parmesan Pork Skewers are a tasty treat, whether you serve them with rice and veggies as a quick midweek meal or pop them on the BBQ when the sun is shining.

We’d really recommend prepping these the night before you want to enjoy them – leaving the pork to sit in that garlicky, herby marinade overnight is when the magic happens! The meat will lock in all that flavour, so it stays really juicy when it’s baked.

Right before cooking, sprinkle over your Parmesan cheese. You won’t want to miss a crumb of salty, cheesy deliciousness, so make sure you use your skewers to dab up any excess Parmesan on the baking tray.

These come out of the oven all golden brown. Add a side salad and tuck in – you’d never think these could be so slimming-friendly.

Pssst…do you have an air fryer? These work SO well in the air fryer too! You can find the air fryer method for this recipe right here.
