When the sauce is cooked, add the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and sweetener into the pan. Then take a stick blender and whizz up the ingredients. You are aiming for a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you would like the sauce thicker, reduce over a low heat. If you want it thinner, add a little water until it is how you like it.
Spritz a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook the sausages. Once they are done, plate them up and pour over the sauce. You can also sprinkle over a little extra curry powder before serving!
